-Brazed Carbide Tips with many different grades and cutting geometry’s.
 
-Polycrystalline diamond cartridges offer better wear characteristics for use with aluminum..
 
-Indexable insert type cartridges are available to mount many different types of inserts including the combination lockpin and clamp, positive clamp on and the ISO 7° screw-on, all with a choice of triangular, square or diamond shaped pockets

  • Uses existing DeVlieg® cartridges
  • Adjusts to tenths
  • Fast, accurate
  • Speeds up “on the machine” or preset adjustments
  • Reduces downtime in “Hard to reach” areas
  • Readily adaptable to automatic size control
Tool adjustment adds untold hours to machine downtime. DeVlieg®  has a simple solution. The “GA” tool provides size adjustment in .0001” increments in seconds. This means fast, direct simple, size control at the machine by use of an easy to read graduated wrench.

 It takes only an allen wrench, a  DeVlieg®  “GA” Tool Boring Bar, Head or Ring and a standard  DeVlieg®  Cartridge. The “GA” System is an extension of the world famous  DeVlieg®  Cartridge Tooling System.
