We provide support and service for the Microset Tool Presetters (See list of Models). We also have Parts and manuals for most DeVlieg® and Gildemeister Tool presetters.

Optical preset calibration involves checking the alignment of the column, run out of the spindle, cleaning and alignment of projector and light source as needed. Basic preventative maintenance involves cleaning and oiling of rails and ways, and adjustment of fine adjustment on axis. Testing and setup of controls along with training of operators can be done on site. Alignment and calibration of camera and infrared light systems and installation of printers and retrofit upgrade controls.
