SK DIN 69893 Form Definitions - Form C & D

Type C and D for manual tool change are variations of type A and B. The gripper groove and the chip holes are eliminated. These two forms always have the access holes through the taper for manual clamping. This manual form is typically used on transfer lines, and non-rotating applications for NC lathes.

Within form C there are (6) different shank sizes ranging from 32mm (1.260) through 100mm (3.937) on the flange diameter. In form D there are (5) different shank sizes from 40mm (1.575) through 100mm (3.937) flange diameter.
