Universal Acura System
Interchangeable collets that let you turn out better work with fewer collet chucks. Acura-Flex Acura-Flex, the world's most powerful tapered collet.   With 50% greater driving power than any tapered collet, it lets you increase feed rates and minimize chances of slippage.  It has a .02" to .04" gripping range and can be used interchangeably with Acura-Grip and Acura-Mill collets in the same collet chuck. Acura-Grip Acura-Grip, the ideal collet for precision, close concentricity work.  Collets are guaranteed to be .0005 TIR at 8 times the tool diameter, or a maximum of 4 inches from the face of the collet.  These collets are interchangeable with Acura-Mill and Acura-Flex collets - all may be used in the same collet chuck. Acura-Mill Acura-Mill, the ideal collet for both precision and heavy duty end milling operations.  It has Acura-Grip accuracy plus positive end mill drive and axial retention.  Tool "dropouts" and slippage are eliminated.   It can also be used in the same collet chuck, interchangeable with Acura-Grip and Acura-Flex collets. Acura-Tap Acura-Tap, the ideal collet for dependable tapping results.  It has positive tap and collet drive to eliminate tap slippage.   Normally used in compensating type tap chucks, synchronized chucks are available.
